You can view the dashboard of a customer account and monitor the account. You can view account information such as the number of active users and subscriptions, tasks, notifications, tickets, service health, and spend information.
Log in to CloudPortal Business Manager as Root user.
Click Accounts. You can view the list of all accounts.
Select the account whose dashboard you want to view.
Click the dashboard link that appears as a clock icon. The dashboard of the customer account is displayed.
