Windows Desktop Connector Guide

This document describes how to install and administer the CloudPortal Business Manager (CPBM) connector for Windows Desktop. The connector provides the following functionalities:
  • Customer admin (master user) self-service customer account creation, user creation
  • Customer admin (master user) self-service customer plan provisioning for Hosted Exchange, Hosted Apps and Desktops, and SharePoint 2010
  • Single Sign On (SSO) into Windows Desktop Web Interface from CPBM
  • Usage collection and billing for Windows Desktop
