Managing user profiles and preferences

Your personal profile stores details such as a photo, email address, contact information, and login credentials. You can change your password and other data about yourself.

  1. Log in to CloudPortal Business Manager UI as a user.
  2. Click the drop-down menu icon in the top right corner next to your name and click My Profile.
  3. To add an image, click Manage your profile image at Gravatar and follow the instructions to upload a photo to gravatar.com.
  4. To change the time zone and preferred language, follow these steps:
    1. Click Edit in the Preferences pane.
    2. Select the new time zone and preferred language and click Save.
  5. To change your personal details, follow these steps:
    1. Click Edit in the Details pane.
    2. Make the required changes and click Save.
  6. To change your password, follow these steps:
    1. Click Change Password.
    2. Enter your old and new password and confirm
    3. Click Save.
  7. To provide an additional email address to use for notifications, follow these steps:
    1. Click the Email Addresses tab.
    2. Specify the email address and click Add Email.

      Note: You can change your primary email address and also add secondary email addresses.

      To change your primary email address:
      1. Add the secondary email address.
      2. Verify the secondary email address.
      3. Make this email address as your primary email address.
  8. To configure your notification settings, click the Notification Preferences tab and specify.
  9. To view your API credentials, follow these steps:
    1. Click the API Credentials tab.
    2. Enter your password to proceed (as an additional security measure) and click Proceed.
    3. View your API credentials.
