DNS Services

When the DNS service is provisioned to a customer, the service provider creates the DNS zone(s) that the customer can then use to create subzones, if necessary. The DNS service is available at the customer level only. The service cannot be provisioned to a customer's users.

Customers provisioned with DNS services can create and manage DNS records that are attached to zones. DNS Service Administrators can manage these records for the customer while Full Reseller Administrators can manage these records for sub-customers.

Different types of records can be attached to a zone. When a record is created, only the Time to Live (TTL) setting can be modified. Citrix CloudPortal Services Manager supports the following types of records:
