Manage Users

As a customer administrator user, you can create one or more users associated with that customer (that is, residing in the customer's hierarchy). You can create a user by choosing any one of the following ways:

Getting Started

Creating a user from the Services Manager consists of these initial steps:
  1. Create a new user by clicking Users > New User from the Services Manager menu bar. You can quickly create a user with a minimum of information: name, user name and password, and display name.
  2. Provision available services to the user.
