Gathering XenMobile Logs and Support Bundles

If you experience issues with XenMobile components, such as App Controller, Device Manager, the MDX Toolkit, or with wrapped IOS or Android apps and policy enforcement, as well as user access to the apps, you can follow the advice in this section and in the XenMobile Logs Collection Guide to gather logs and support bundles to send to Citrix tech support for evaluation.
