Example of a complete parent-child configuration using the metrics exchange protocol

Consider the following parent-child topology in which the GSLB sites are distributed globally.

  • Site1 and Site2 are the parent sites.
  • Site1_child1 and Site1_child2 are the child sites of Site1.
  • Site2_child1 and Site2_child2 are the child sites of Site2.
