Upgrade to Citrix ADM Advance account

When you log in to Citrix ADM for the first time, Citrix assigns an Express account to manage ADM resources. This account has limited ADM options. However, you can upgrade to the ADM Advance account for unlimited options. These options help you manage, monitor, analyze, orchestrate, automate, and troubleshoot ADC instances.

Buy Citrix ADM license to convert your express account to the Citrix ADM Advance account. This account provides higher storage limit than the express account. You can also use extra SKUs to increase the storage limit. To buy a license, visit Citrix Cloud or contact Technical Support.

Note

After you upgrade to an advance account, all your configurations continue as before on the same tenant.

The following table explains the benefits of an Advance account over Express account:

Storage limit 500 MB or one day data, whichever is the lesser. By default, 500 MB data per virtual server license. For example, if you have two virtual servers, the storage limit becomes 1 GB.
Analytics Up to two virtual servers only. Applies to all purchased virtual server licenses.
Configuration Jobs Up to two configuration jobs only. Unlimited configuration jobs.
StyleBook configuration packs Up to two configuration packs only. Unlimited configuration packs.
Network Functions Up to two virtual servers only. Applies to all purchased virtual server licenses.
Network Reporting Up to two virtual servers only. Applies to all purchased virtual server licenses.
