Known issues in Citrix SSO app for Android devices

This document captures the issues known to exists in the Citrix SSO app for Android devices.

  • Sometimes, Citrix SSO might not reconnect the VPN when a network switch happens.

  • Sometimes, Citrix SSO app does not update the state of the VPN connection in the user interface.

    Workaround: Close the Citrix SSO app from the task manager and then relaunch the user interface.

  • Sometimes, the message “Unfortunately, Citrix SSO has stopped. OK” might appear when connecting via Citrix SSO app on an Android device. [CGOP-6436]
