Known issues in Citrix SSO app for Android devices
This document captures the issues known to exists in the Citrix SSO app for Android devices.
Sometimes, Citrix SSO might not reconnect the VPN when a network switch happens.
Sometimes, Citrix SSO app does not update the state of the VPN connection in the user interface.
Workaround: Close the Citrix SSO app from the task manager and then relaunch the user interface.
Sometimes, the message “Unfortunately, Citrix SSO has stopped. OK” might appear when connecting via Citrix SSO app on an Android device. [CGOP-6436]
