Ivanti connector specifications

Deploy the Ivanti integration to submit and monitor incident, service requests, and take action through Citrix Workspace. It also provides microapps for higher tier agents with the ability to review incidents. This integration creates requests using a delegated model that performs the action as the user for incidents. Service requests are implemented through deep links to Ivanti and allows users to create their own requests.
