If you are on 2203 LTSR CU7, it is recommended to follow one of these upgrade paths:

Always On Tracing (AOT)
Always On Tracing (AOT) is now supported with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) 2402 LTSR CU4 and subsequent cumulative updates.
AOT provides continuous collection of logs from supported Citrix components, enabling administrators and support teams to troubleshoot issues without requiring manual log collection or reproducing problems. Logs are automatically forwarded to a centralized AOT Log Server, making them readily available for analysis through Citrix Director and other supported tools.
With this release, customers running 2402 LTSR CU4 can deploy AOT and begin collecting telemetry from supported components, helping reduce troubleshooting time and improve issue diagnosis. For deployment prerequisites, supported deployment topologies, component compatibility, installation instructions, and configuration guidance, see the Always On Tracing documentation for the latest release.
Note:
