The Citrix Licensing Manager stores and exports historical usage reports from the License Server on which you’ve installed the tool. You can specify a date range for the historical usage data and export it to a CSV file. The CSV file provides daily usage information, including the number of licenses in overdraft.
You can also view and specify the amount of time to retain the data.
Export historical usage data
Log on to the Citrix Licensing Manager hosted on the License Server. Type this URL into a browser on a system having access to the License Server. Use your actual License Server host name.
Use the menus, select the product and edition, the license model, and the date range (larger the better) to gather the history.
All is the default option for Customer Success Services dates. You can choose All, if you have multiple Customer Success Services dates. Selecting a Customer Success Services date limits exported data to a specific pool of licenses and would not accurately reflect total number of licenses in-use.
- After making your selections, choose Export, and the browser download dialog displays.
- Use the Save menu, choose Save As to save the exported .CSV file.
- To change the retention period, choose Change, and then make the change using the menu.
The default retention period is 1 year.
