This document describes how to get started with Citrix Analytics for Operations for the first time.
Step 1: Sign in to Citrix Cloud
To use Citrix Analytics for Operations, you must have a Citrix Cloud account. Go to https://citrix.cloud.com and sign in with your existing Citrix Cloud account.
If you do not have a Citrix Cloud account, you must first create a Citrix Cloud account or join an existing account created by someone else in your organization. For detailed processes and instructions on how to proceed, see Sign Up for Citrix Cloud.
Step 2: Get access to Operations Analytics
Citrix Analytics for Operations is offered as a freemium solution. With this model, you do not need to buy a subscription to use this offering. If you have already subscribed to Citrix products such as Virtual Apps and Desktops, Content Collaboration, and Microapps, you can view the usage reports for these Citrix products for free.
To access Citrix Analytics for Operations:
Sign in to Citrix Cloud.
In the Available Services section, click Manage on the Analytics tile.
On the Operations tile, click Manage.
You can view the Analytics demo anytime if you have a Citrix Cloud account. On the Analytics overview page, click the Try Demo link for the Operations offering, or register for a demo on https://www.citrix.com/products/citrix-analytics.html.
Step 3: Manage Operations Analytics
When you click Manage, Analytics displays the Data Sources page. Analytics automatically discovers the Citrix Cloud data sources that you have subscribed. Currently, the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops site card appears on the Data Sources page.
After your data sources are discovered, do the following:
Enable data processing to allows Analytics to process data.
Click the Operations tab to view the usage reports corresponding to your subscribed data sources.
