Session Recording 2110 adds the following fixes:

The streaming service might fail to play a live recording when the Session Recording Server and Session Recording Agent are not synchronized. [SRT-6461]
Upgrading Session Recording from version 2102 to 2107 might fail when you use Azure SQL Managed Instance. [SRT-6485]
The Session Recording web player might not play a video when the Advanced Video Coding (AVC) decoder disposal fails. The player displays a black screen with an exception. [SRT-6556]
