Automated Configuration Tool
The Citrix Automated Configuration Tool helps with cloud migration automation of customer-managed Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops configurations from one or more sites to Citrix DaaS hosted on Citrix Cloud. The automated migration tool can be used to take routine backups of the same cloud site to allow you to revert to previous working configurations in the event of inadvertent changes.

Citrix Client-Side Cloud Services
Citrix Global App Configuration service (GACS) is a Citrix IP solution and service used to configure, manage, and distribute Citrix Workspace app (CWA) or Client App-specific end-user settings across all device OS and cloud and on-premises environments.

Federated Authentication Service
Citrix allows organizations to standardize on a non-Active Directory based Identity Providers (IdP), like Okta. However, Windows-based desktops and apps require an Active Directory account for authentication. The federated authentication service, integrated with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, utilizes virtual smartcards to provide single sign-on to Windows-based resources. This eliminates the need for users to authenticate multiple times when accessing Windows-based resources

Citrix DaaS provides a centralized console for cloud monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing support tasks for your Citrix DaaS environment. Citrix Monitor uses a troubleshooting dashboard that allows you to see failures in real time, search for users reporting an issue, and display the details of sessions or applications associated with that user.

Non-Domain Joined Desktops
Many organizations need to support non-domain joined solutions where the Citrix-accessed virtual machine is not managed through Active Directory. With Citrix DaaS and Citrix Gateway service support for non-domain joined Virtual Delivery Agents (VDA), this is achievable.

Citrix connections can sometimes respond differently than expected because of variations in the Citrix policies configured for your end user sessions. Using the Citrix Policy Modeling capability, administrators can simulate a user session to ensure that the correct Citrix policies are applied to each session.

Citrix VDA Upgrade Service
The time and effort to upgrade the Citrix Virtual Delivery Agent in large catalogs of persistent virtual machines can prove challenging. The Citrix VDA Upgrade service is a cloud-based service simplifies the VDA upgrade process for admins by automating upgrades to the latest version of the VDA (either CR or LTSR), depending on your machine catalog type.

MSIX App Attach
MSIX is the latest packaging format from Microsoft and Citrix DaaS can now deliver MSIX packaged applications to your endpoints just like standard published applications. MSIX applications reduce the need for locally installed applications – allowing golden images to remain more pristine.

Remote PC Access
Remote PC Access allows a remote user to log into their physical Windows office PC using virtually any device (tablets, phones, and laptops using iOS, Mac, Android, Linux, and Windows). Remote PC Access enables hybrid work models where users are able to work in the office and remote.

Citrix Enterprise Browser
The browser has become the universal endpoint for devices and the user interface for applications, and is now a primary place where hybrid work gets done in the enterprise. The Citrix Enterprise Browser is a secure Chromium-based enterprise browser that is embedded with the Citrix Workspace App and provides application security through zero trust, VPN-less access to web and SaaS applications.

A key security risk for VDI and DaaS security is the threat of data loss from screen capturing and data transfer to and from other endpoints using cut/copy/paste controls. With Citrix Analytics for Security, custom risk indicator workflows can be created to set up alerts and actions to detect unauthorized use of clipboard operations.

User Personalization Layer
User layers provide a better experience for administrators and users in a virtual app and desktop environment. User layers allows user-based customization to non-persistent virtual environments. User layers solves the most difficult usability concerns in a virtual app and desktop environment: Outlook cache, OneDrive synchronization, Windows search, and user-installed apps.
