Sets the Environment Test Service's configuation options

Syntax

Set-EnvTestConfiguration [-PerTypeDiscoveredObjectLimit <Int32>] [-LoggingId <Guid>] [-AdminAddress <String>] [<CommonParameters>]

Sets the Environment Test Service's configuation options and broadcasts the changes to other machines in the Site.
