You can also use Nutanix Prism Element on AHV using Nutanix Acropolis as the host connection to provide VMs in your Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops deployment. However, this setup process requires installing and registering the Nutanix plug-in in your Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environment. See Nutanix Prism Element on AHV.

Citrix has developed and maintains a plug-in that integrates Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 2507 CU1 and later with Nutanix Prism Central on AHV. This plug-in is integrated with Citrix Delivery Controllers, eliminating the need for separate plug-in installations.

You need the following for Nutanix AHV Prism Central:
- Prism Central version pc.2024.3 or later. Refer to Supported Hypervisors for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (MCS) and Citrix Provisioning (PVS) for detailed supported Prism Central versions.
- 适用于 Nutanix AHV 集群的 AOS 7.0 或更高版本。
- Nutanix AHV 集群必须注册到棱镜中心。
