Changing the Administrative Password

The default user account is the administrative account, which provides complete access to all features of the CloudBridge appliance. To preserve security, you must change the administrative password from its default value when the appliance restarts after the quick installation procedure. Citrix recommends changing the administrative password frequently.

To change the administrative password

  1. Under Configuration tab, expand Appliance Settings, and click Administrator Interface.
  2. On the User Accounts tab, next to the Admin account, click Modify.
  3. Select the Change box and type the new password.
  4. Click Update.
