When creating a resource, you have the option to make the resource available to all customers (public resource) or make the resource available to a specific customer (private resource). If you choose to make the resource private, the resource is assigned only to the customer you specify and can be included in application groups only for the same customer. To modify this assignment, you first deprovision the Citrix service for the customer through the Customer Services page. Then, you can modify the resource to assign it to a different customer or make the resource public. After you modify the resource, you can reprovision the Citrix service for the customer.
