Rolling Back XenMobile Upgrades

After upgrading XenMobile 9 to XenMobile 10.1, some customers have reported issues with accessing the WorxStore, opening apps, and other features. While Citrix works to resolve these issues, you can temporarily roll back the upgrade to XenMobile 9. The PDF you can download from this article instructs you on how to carry out those steps.

Citrix recommends rolling back to XenMobile 9 only if a broad set of users or devices is experiencing issues with the upgrade.
