Issues fixed in build 27000

  • Changing the retention period in the Citrix Licensing Manager Historical use screen might cause this error:

    An unknown error occurred. For assistance, contact Citrix Customer Service and reference error code ERROR_WSL_FILE_IO. [LIC-512]

  • Report generation might fail with the error message Report parsing failed when using udadmin. [LIC-524]

  • When you attempt to open or refresh Search in Citrix Studio, the following License Server error message might appear:

    An error has occurred with the Citrix License Server. Check the license server to make sure it is running, then try again. [LC8918]

  • Your entitlement includes user/device licenses. In a hybrid cloud scenario, you try to use both user and device licenses, but only user licenses might be consumed. [LIC-520]

  • Report generation might fail when using udadmin.

Issues fixed in previous builds

  • When you choose an unsupported language in a browser, the Citrix Licensing Manager displays the message: An unknown error occurred. For assistance, contact Citrix Customer Service and reference error code 404. [LIC-428]

  • In the Citrix Licensing Manager, when you select All in the Product & Editions menu and then choose out-of-range dates, an error message doesn’t appear. Instead, an empty file is exported. [LIC-441]

  • If you specify the User role when adding a group, the Citrix Licensing Manager might assign Administrator privileges to the group. [LIC-454]

  • Japanese text on the Citrix Licensing Manager might be garbled. [LIC-459]
