New devices are configured to the gateway via the First Configuration Wizard.
The devices can be enabled to connect via intranet and via Internet,depending on where the user is located. For this, we recommend that you set up the network configuration in a way that the Scout Server name is resolved internally to the Scout Server and externally to the Scout Cloud Gateway.
