Support for 4K sector-sized Azure ultra disks

InfoScale configurations on Azure now support the use of Ultra SSDs with the 4K sector size. This support includes VVR replication configurations as well. In case of data migration using VVR replication, the primary and the secondary sites can have disks with different sector sizes.
