Configuring advanced analytics

To use the Advanced Analytics features, you must configure Advanced Analytics on each Citrix ADC instance and then enable the virtual servers on the Citrix ADC instance to stream analytics data to Citrix Application Delivery Management (Citrix ADM).

To configure Advanced Analytics on Citrix ADC instance:

  1. Log on to Citrix ADM using a supported web browser.

  2. Navigate to Networks > Instances. Under Instances, select the type of instance you want to monitor (for example, Citrix ADC VPX).

  3. Select the Citrix ADC instance you want to configure Advanced Analytics.

  4. From the Select Action drop-down, select Configure Advanced Analytics.

  5. On the Configure Advanced Analytics settings page, select Enable and click OK.

    Once Advanced Analytics is configured on the Citrix ADC instance, you need to enable the virtual servers on the Citrix ADC instance to stream analytics data such as, anomalies to the Citrix ADM.

  6. Again, select the Citrix ADC instance to enable analytics.

  7. From the Select Action drop-down, select Configure Analytics.

  8. On the Configure Insight page, select the virtual server and click Enable AppFlow.

  9. In the Enable AppFlow dialog box, enter true in the text box and select Logstream as the transport mode. Select Advanced Analytics Anomalies and click OK.
