Known issue

  • Microsoft Teams meeting creation fails when you use the on-premises Citrix Endpoint Management (CEM) where Network Access is set to Tunnelled-Web SSO mode.

    The issue occurs because of a known issue in the Citrix Gateway where the Application Delivery Controller (ADC) removes authorization header that contains the bearer token. The issue occurs on both Android and iOS platforms.

    As a workaround, follow the instructions mentioned in the Knowledge Center article CTX225084. [CXM-100615]

Fixed issues in Secure Mail for Android

  • When you open attachments in Secure Mail, you might see a gray watermark covering a part of the document. The issue happens when the polaris license expires.

    This issue affects when the attachments previewed are of the following formats:

    • .docx
    • .xls
    • .ppt
    • .txt [CXM-107853]
  • When you try to open a .docx, .pptx, and .xlsx file using the Open with… option in Secure Mail, you might be unable to open the files in the corresponding native app. The issue occurs when you’re using Android 13. [CXM-107856]

Fixed issues in Secure Mail for iOS

  • When you try to open the Voice Mail email from Microsoft Teams, the Secure Mail becomes unresponsive. [CXM-108033]

  • When you try to open the Missed Call email from Skype, the Secure Mail becomes unresponsive. The issue occurs when the Global Exchange address book doesn’t include the identification of the external caller. [CXM-108034]

Fixed issues in Secure Mail for Android

  • When you open an email with attachments in Secure Mail for Android, you can’t take screenshots of the attached file content. The issue can occur even when the restriction policy is disabled. [XMHELP-4093]

  • When you forward an email with attachments, the email remains in the outbox. After you send the email manually (by initiating a Send/Receive operation), the recipient can’t open the attachments. The issue occurs intermittently. [XMHELP-4091] [XMHELP-4010]

  • The Webex meeting link doesn’t open in the respective app when accessed from the Secure Mail calendar. [XMHELP-4037]
