Lmadmin.exe transitioned to Lmgrd.exe

In this release, the Citrix License Server’s existing user management lmadmin.exe is transitioned to Citrix owned user management lmgrd.exe for improved security and less 3rd party dependencies.

What’s new in the License Server build 32000

Enhancement to the Settings and Historical Use sections

  • In the Citrix License Manager > Settings > Usage and Statistics screen, use the Configure usage telemetry to manage data privacy preferences related to user name or device ID details.

    For more information, see Configure usage telemetry.

  • In the Citrix License Manager > Historical Use > Customer Success Services Date field, All is the new default option in the menu. It is used to export data for multiple Customer Success Services dates.

jQuery version update

The Citrix Licensing Manager is upgraded to jQuery version 3.5.1.

Older cipher suite support

TLS 1.0 and 1.1, DES, 3DES, RC4, and MD5 cipher suites are not supported. If removal of these cipher suites causes an issue for older versions (released before 2009) of Studio and Director then change the SSLEngine configuration in C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\Licensing\WebServicesForLicensing\Apache\conf\extra\httpd-ssl.conf.
