Profile Management 2203 LTSR CU3 contains all fixes included in the 2203 LTSR initial release, CU1, CU2, plus the following, new fixes:

The Reset Profile button in Citrix Director might be grayed out for some users. [CVADHELP-20497]
The upmjit.sys module might prevent Windows terminals from launching. [CVADHELP-21352]
After upgrading Profile Management from version 2212 to version 2203 LTSR CU1, the profile containers might fail to load. [CVADHELP-21836]
With the profile container-based Profile Management enabled, users might have access to the profile files and folders of other users. [CVADHELP-21913]
Profile Management might reset the customized Outlook OST path during logon. [CVADHELP-21974]
The profile containers (VHDX files) might show an access denied error message when you upgrade Profile Management from a version that is earlier than 2009 to version 2009 or later. [CVADHELP-22176]
