Citrix Provisioning 2112

Fixed issues

Citrix Provisioning 2112 includes the following fixed issues:

  • When using the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Setup wizard in Citrix Cloud using Citrix Provisioning API, target devices fail to create with an error message Error: Index was out of range when we try to add PVS VDA to the Catalog. [CVADHELP-19659]

  • On Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 2012, an Azure MCS VDA might become unresponsive or exit unexpectedly with a Session Prepare Failure message. [CVADHELP-15775]

  • Removing or marking down two vDisks in the Citrix Provisioning Console fails, with an error message A database error occurred. This error condition appears when you convert a character string to a unique identifier. [CVADHELP-18484]

  • Upgrading to Citrix Provisioning version 1912 from version 7.15 CU7 on Windows 10 1809 breaks global policy settings. [CVADHELP-18104]

  • The Citrix Provisioning Console fails to display connected devices with an error message The maximum message size quota for incoming messages (594244) has been exceeded. [CVADHELP-18606]

  • Merging a vDisk fails with an error message Error message API. The request is not supported. Error number 0xe0000032. [CVADHELP-18123]

  • The stream process stalls. This issue occurs in environments where the SNMP server randomly sends a request packet, containing no data, to stream process ports. [CVADHELP-18600]

  • When using the Citrix Virtual Desktops Setup Wizard, the default VDA level is 7_9 even though there is a 7_20 VDA level. This behavior is the same in the Machine Creation Wizard in Studio. Also, the VDA level 7_20 in Citrix Virtual Desktops Setup Wizard is the same as the VDA level in Studio version 1811. Citrix Provisioning now displays the same text as Studio and defaults properly to the level of the broker catalog.

  • When you report a problem using the Citrix Provisioning Console, the SOAP Service must be run as an administrative user. [PVS-9429]
