The epkg binary is distributed as part of a Docker image, which is expected to be run on Ubuntu 22.04 using the docker.io package version 24.0.5.

The stand-alone version (i.e. without the Docker image) shipped as set of Debian packages is expected to be installed on an up-to-date Ubuntu 22.04.
