From Director, check the user's connection status for the current machine in the user title bar.
If the desktop connection failed, the error that caused failure is displayed and can help you decide how to troubleshoot.
|Ensure that the machine is not in maintenance mode
||On the User Details page, make sure maintenance mode is turned off.
|Restart the user's machine
||Select the machine and click Restart. Use this option if the user's machine is unresponsive or unable to connect, such as when the machine is using an unusually high amount of CPU resources, which can make the CPU unusable.
