Known issues in 2607 LTSR

  • With the Windows Media Redirection policy enabled, a video playing in Windows Media Player might flicker when you share your full screen during an optimized Microsoft Teams call.

Webex Optimization Configuration During x86 to x64 Upgrade

When upgrading Citrix Workspace app for Windows from an x86 version to an x64 version, verify that the Webex Optimization option remains selected during installation. If the checkbox is not selected automatically, manually enable it to preserve Webex optimization functionality after the upgrade.

Published applications and desktops might fail to launch when using the 64-bit version of Citrix Workspace app for Windows 2607 LTSR

Domain pass-through authentication to StoreFront might fail when using the 64-bit version of Citrix Workspace app for Windows 2607 LTSR. As a result, users might be prompted for credentials instead of being signed in automatically through Windows authentication.

Workaround

Create the following registry value on affected endpoints:
