Fixed issues in License Server version 11.17.2 build 56200

The License Server service might restart intermittently under high load. This issue is fixed in 11.17.2 build 56200.
  • During upgrade of license server, the Legacy license extension blob will no longer be removed rather it is retained.
  • The License Server was not receiving product telemetry data containing special characters, which is fixed in this release.
  • When a certain License Activation Service (LAS) endpoint was blocked in license server, it was unable to fallback to Citrix Insight Service (CIS) upload instead it accidentally deleted the telemetry payloads.
