Fixed issues

The following issues have been fixed since Linux Virtual Delivery Agent 2212:

Attempts to start a Linux VDA session might result in a gray screen, which causes the session to eventually disconnect.
VDAs might lose domain connectivity when the machine account password reset fails.
Attempts to start a Linux VDA session might fail even when the VDA is in the registered state.
It might take a long time (up to 60 seconds) to log off from a user session.
