Firewall exclusions
uberAgent uses the Citrix License Activiation Service to validate its licensing status. In order to ensure that validation requests on your endpoint devices are successful, it is necessary that connections to and from the following resources are allowed on firewall appliances.

Antivirus exclusions
It is recommended that specific folders are excluded from scanning by your antivirus product to ensure smooth operation of your uberAgent® deployment. Include the following items to reduce the risk of false positives.
