Known issues

Workspace Environment Management™ 2603 has the following known issues:
  • WEM license authentication through the Citrix Licensing Activation Service (LAS) fails when the debug mode is disabled (the default). As a result, license activation does not complete.
    Workaround: Enable debug mode on both the infrastructure service and the web console, then retry activation:
    1. Open the WEM Infrastructure Service Configuration utility, go to the Advanced Settings tab, select the Enable debug mode check box, and click Apply.
    2. Open the Citrix Workspace Environment Management Web Console Configuration utility, select the Enable console logging check box, and Save.
