Following new changes are introduced to VxVM.

All the logs in /var/log/vx folder are generated by VxVM processes. The tunable vol_use_ext_logging can be enabled or disabled using vxtune command. The default value is disabled. If it is enabled, VxVM process writes logs with extra information which is time stamped in YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.mmm+hhmm format followed by the hostname in FQDN format, and then followed by the log statement.
