Time zone redirection allows you to use the client device time zone in a macOS VDA session.

Time Zone Control Policy Settings

Use local time of client policy

This policy setting determines which time zone the user session uses: the VDA (server) time zone or the client device time zone.

By default, the VDA (server) time zone is used.

For the time zone redirection to take effect, set this policy to Use client time zone.

Note:

macOS VDA will always restore the time zone on session disconnect or logoff. The policy Restore Desktop OS time zone on session disconnect or logoff is not currently supported.
