  • Browsers [B948]: the Chrome/Firefox browser extensions now supports Citrix Enterprise Browser.
  • Browsers (Windows) [B948]: the Browser Performance metrics now support Citrix Enterprise Browser and Microsoft Edge. Enabled through new metric BrowserPerformanceCEB and BrowserPerformanceEdge in the configuration.

Improvements

  • Service (Windows) [I1200]: significantly reduced CPU usage when determine a huge number of performance counter within a timer.
  • Setup (Windows) [I1193]: increased the installer version to 5 and removed the receiver default value "localhost:19500" from uberAgent’s configuration. If no receiver is configured during setup, the service must be started manually after installation.

Bugfixes

  • Browsers (Windows) [I1194]: Fixed the chrome extension ID in the file uAInSessionHelperChrome.json.
  • Licensing [I1189]: implemented an upgraded licensing mechanism utilizing 4096-bit RSA encryption.
  • Service (Windows) [I1183]: fix possible DLL search order hijacking.

Release notes

  • Sourcetype (Windows) [B948]: uberAgent:Application:BrowserPerformanceChrome has a new field: Browser to identify the Chromium-based derivative.

Known issues

  • Agent (Windows) [I1154]: under heavy load the following message may be logged: "CheckEventRecord,Events were lost. This may affect uberAgent’s per-process disk, network, or UI-responsiveness metrics".
  • Agent (Windows) [I1157]: under Windows 7/8, the user logoff is recognized too late, which leads to too many metrics being determined during this time.
  • Browsers [I1085]: on systems with many user sessions the URL of the foreground tab might not match the browser’s window title.
