From the Scout Console:

Click View > ELIAS.

From the Windows start menu:

Click Programs > Scout > ELIAS.

If you have installed the Scout Enterprise Management Suite by using the default settings, ELIAS automatically opens the defined container at start-up. Otherwise, you have to select the relevant container in a first step.
