Fixed issues in 1912 LTSR CU5

The following issues have been fixed since Linux Virtual Delivery Agent 1912 LTSR CU4:

A Linux VDA desktop might not respond to keyboard and mouse inputs.
Shutting down one domain controller in an environment with multiple domain controllers might cause session launches on Linux VDA to fail.
