Fixed issues in 1912 LTSR CU4

The following issues have been fixed since Linux Virtual Delivery Agent 1912 LTSR CU3:

On a Linux VDA connected using Citrix Workspace™ app for Mac or Linux, pressing Shift + Tab might be registered as a double press of the Shift key.
Attempting to launch Linux VDA sessions on RHEL might fail if Machine Creation Services™ are used to create Linux VMs in Azure.
Uninstalling Linux VDAs on SUSE or RHEL might not delete empty folders in the /opt/Citrix/ location.
