Fixed issues in 2203 LTSR CU3

The segfault error present in the ctxgfx process might cause the Linux virtual apps and desktops to exit unexpectedly.

Attempts to start a Linux VDA session might result in a gray screen, which causes the session to eventually disconnect.

Linux VDAs might unregister when you restart the Cloud Connector.

The smart card process might utilize more CPU than expected after the session disconnects.

The machine catalog upgrade or creation might fail due to RPM issues. As a result, attempts to upgrade to Linux VDA version LTSR CU1 or CU2 fail.

Attempts to start a Linux VDA session might fail even when the VDA is in the registered state.
