Fixed issues in 2402 LTSR CU3

Last published : Oct 15, 2026
The following issues have been fixed since Linux Virtual Delivery Agent 2402 LTSR CU2:
  • You might see user sessions show as "unknown" and fail to reconnect after upgrading to LVDA 2402CU1.
  • When multiple LDAP servers are unreachable, VDA registration with the Delivery Controller™ can fail, and LDAP searches can also encounter issues.
  • Screen goes unresponsive if VDA is not in use for 10 to 15 minutes and then need to reconnect/reset the VDA to fix the issue.
  • MCS Linux VDA might become unregistered after a certain period of time if it fails to update the machine password.
  • Users attempting to reconnect to a disconnected session might experience a failure if the smart card reader connected to their endpoint has changed since the session was initially established.
  • Users attempting to reconnect to a disconnected session can experience a failure due to an unexpected termination of the ctxgfx process. This process termination forces the session to close, preventing successful reconnection.
  • Linux VDAs can experience registration failures with the Delivery Controller after being created with MCS or having their machine password updated by a crontab job. This registration failure is specifically caused by spaces present in the machine passwords.
  • A larger server certificate or chain might disrupt the TLS connection during establishment.
  • You might face issues with Client IP filtering since the Workspace reports the client's private IP address.
  • Citrix Workspace™ App for macOS might exhibit problems when users select text in a Linux VDA session.
  • Reconnect sessions from FAS authentication mode might fail.
  • You might experience reduced vGPU performance in Linux RHEL 8.6 VDA.
  • Linux VDA 2402 LTSR CU3 might fail to reconnect to disconnected sessions.
  • You might experience unexpected disconnection and logoff in Linux VDA.
