Session Recording 2110 adds the following fixes:
The streaming service might fail to play a live recording when the Session Recording Server and Session Recording Agent are not synchronized.
Upgrading Session Recording from version 2102 to 2107 might fail when you use Azure SQL Managed Instance.
The Session Recording web player might not play a video when the Advanced Video Coding (AVC) decoder disposal fails. The player displays a black screen with an exception.
