  • MS SQL Server 2019, 2022

  • MS SQL Server Express

  • MS .NET Framework 4.5.1 or later

  • Latest GA version of the MS ODBC driver

  • 600 MB hard disk space

UniconOS (formerly eLux 7)

Minimum hardware requirements for UniconOS

  • Processor: x86, 64-bit capable and powerful (1)

  • RAM: 4 GB (2)

  • Storage: 16 GB (3)

  • Graphics: AMD or Intel chipset

  • Displays: 1920 x 1080 (Full HD)

  • Network: Ethernet or WLAN

  • Connectivity: USB 3.0 or USB 2.0, USB boot support

  • Boot mode: UEFI

(1) 2 GHz (Quad Core) or more recommended, less could affect system performance depending on the use case
(2) at least 3.5 GB available for the operating system
(3) 8 GB are also supported, but only with limited functionalities

  • Processor: Modern x86-64 processor with 4 cores or more, 2 GHz or more

  • RAM: 16 GB

  • Storage: 64 GB

  • Graphics: AMD or Intel, Graphics subsystem supporting hardware-accelerated video rendering and multiple displays

  • Displays: Dual 4K monitor support

  • Network: 1 Gbit Ethernet and Wi-Fi 6 or later

  • Security: TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot

  • Connectivity: USB-C and USB 3.x, USB boot support

  • Boot mode: UEFI

Please note

UniconOS has been validated on a variety of hardware configurations. However, users should note that entry-level or legacy hardware may not support all features or may have degraded performance. Limitations may result from insufficient CPU capacity, limited memory, slower I/O subsystems, or lack of hardware acceleration.

Minimum UniconOS Management and SCG version for UniconOS

Please use UniconOS Management versions

  • 2302 LTSR CU1 and later or

  • 2309 and later

and ELIAS versions

  • 18 2403 and later

and SCG versions

  • 1 2209 and later

for the management of UniconOS devices via Scout Console, Scout Board, ELIAS and SCG.
