Known issues

Importing or restoring a configuration set might fail if the backup file was created in a previous release. If you need a workaround script, contact Citrix Support.

Restoring a backup that was exported before 2.44 (schema version 2605 or earlier) into 2.44 or later (schema version 2606 or later) fails with the message "Unable to restore. Try again later." The upload might also show "invalid content." This issue affects only older backups. Backups exported from 2.44 or later restore as expected.
