Known issue

  • Microsoft Teams meeting creation fails when you use the on-premises Citrix Endpoint Management (CEM) where Network Access is set to Tunnelled-Web SSO mode.

    The issue occurs because of a known issue in the Citrix Gateway where the Application Delivery Controller (ADC) removes authorization header that contains the bearer token.The issue occurs on both Android and iOS platforms.

    As a workaround, follow the instructions mentioned in the Knowledge Center article CTX225084. [CXM-100615]

Secure Mail 22.11.0

Fixed issues in Secure Mail for Android

  • When you open an email with attachments in Secure Mail for Android, you can’t take screenshots of the attached file content. The issue can occur even when the restriction policy is disabled. [XMHELP-4093]

  • When you forward an email with attachments, the email remains in the outbox. After you send the email manually (by initiating a Send/Receive operation), the recipient can’t open the attachments. The issue occurs intermittently. [XMHELP-4091] [XMHELP-4010]

  • The Webex meeting link doesn’t open in the respective app when accessed from the Secure Mail calendar. [XMHELP-4037]

  • When you edit a calendar event and update the meeting reminder time, the reminder doesn’t appear for the meeting organizer. This issue occurs if your organization is running the HCL Domino 11 server (formerly Lotus Notes). [CXM-88099]

  • When you update a recurring event to a daily event and the try to edit one of the occurrences, the option to edit doesn’t appear. This issue occurs if your organization is running the HCL Domino 11 server. [CXM-104132]

  • When you change the date or time of a single instance of a recurring event, that meeting gets rescheduled to a random date. This issue occurs if your organization is running the HCL Domino 11 server. [CXM-104279]
