For high resolution displays, please ensure the GPUs used (both on the VDA and endpoint) meet the requirements for driving high-resolution displays. Refer to your GPU vendor’s documentation for supported resolutions and refresh rates.
When using a server side GPU, Citrix recommends the following minimal GPU frame buffer sizes:

Note:
These are the minimum recommended frame buffer sizes for HDX Graphics Encoding. Please consult the application frame buffer requirements and factor these into your sizing as well.
