This release addresses a few issues that help to improve overall performance and stability.
2507.1 LTSR CU2 compatible components
The following components at the following given versions are compatible with LTSR environments. They aren’t eligible for the LTSR benefits (extended lifecycle and fix-only cumulative updates).

Citrix Workspace app 2507.1 LTSR CU2 fixed issues
User Experience
- When you disconnect a session on a German locale system, a Selection not available pop-up might appear instead of the expected Disconnect Desktop prompt. [CVADHELP-30963]
- When you enable Desktop Lock, the client PC might not shut down after the user shuts down the virtual desktop session. [CVADHELP-30879]
- When you configure the DontCreateAddRemoveEntry registry setting, Citrix published apps might still appear in the Windows Apps and Features list. This issue might cause compliance scan failures. [CVADHELP-31946]
User Interface
- When a user logs off from Citrix Workspace app, the sign-in page might not appear when you configure the ShowSigninPageOnLogoff setting through GACS. [CVADHELP-31674]
Session/Connection
- When you launch applications by using desktop shortcuts or
selfservice.exe -qlaunchin Citrix Workspace app 2507 CU1, session establishment might be noticeably slower than in previous versions. [CVADHELP-31751] - Users might not be able to connect to a published desktop through Desktop Lock when there is no external network access. [CVADHELP-31119]
- When you configure a session inactivity timeout in Workspace Configuration and the machine goes to sleep or hibernates before the timeout, Citrix Workspace app for Windows might not enforce reauthentication after the idle period expires. [CVADHELP-29758]
Installing, Uninstalling, Upgrading
- When you install Citrix Workspace app by using
/cleaninstall, the installer might unintentionally remove uberAgent even though Citrix Workspace app does not install it. [CVADHELP-31959] - When a Citrix Workspace app upgrade fails and the installer retries the installation, it might install Citrix Workspace app in the wrong location. [CVADHELP-30991]
Client Device Issues
- When you plug in or remove a USB keyboard during an active session, keyboard input might stop working on both the client and the server. [CVADHELP-31282]
- When you make a Microsoft Teams call in a published desktop and take keyboard control from a user, keyboard input might behave unexpectedly in both local and remote sessions. [CVADHELP-31055]
- On tablet devices that run Citrix Workspace app, only the front camera might appear in Citrix HDX Web Camera. The rear camera might not be available. [CVADHELP-30811]
System Exceptions
- When you launch sessions,
wfica32.exemight crash with a “This version of Citrix Workspace does not support selected encryption” error. [CVADHELP-30865] - On Windows 10 devices, a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) might occur after you install or upgrade Citrix Workspace app when certain third-party endpoint protection software is present. [CVADHELP-29909]
Content Redirection
