Troubleshoot Receiver for Linux

This section contains information to help administrators troubleshoot issues with Receiver for Linux.

Send diagnostic information to Citrix Technical Support

If you are experiencing problems using Receiver, you may be asked to provide Technical Support with diagnostic information. This information assists this team in trying to diagnose the problem and offer assistance to rectify it.

To obtain diagnostic informaiton about Receiver

  1. In the installation directory, type util/lurdump. A file is generated that contains detailed diagnostic information, including version details, the contents of Receiver's configuration files, and the values of various system variables.
  2. Check the files for confidential information before sending it to Technical Support.
